How do I communicate with @thenattyalex?

You'll communicate with @thenattyalex directly via text. You can message anytime with questions, and you'll get feedback on your progress, meals, and workouts throughout the week.

Do I need to track macros?

While macro tracking can be a helpful tool, it's not required. @thenattyalex will work with you to find an approach that fits your lifestyle — whether that's detailed tracking, portion-based guidelines, or intuitive eating strategies.
